Each autumn the talented senior members of the Town of Hempstead Department of Senior Enrichment's centers and clubs display their wares a a variety of holiday bazaars held throughout the township. Each bazaar typically features items created by the seniors in their sewing, knitting, and arts and crafts workshops. There are always plenty of holiday items on sale, including freshly baked cakes and cookies, along with many other surprises. Following is the schedule of 1999 bazaars in your neighborhood this fall. I hope you will visit as many as you can.
