The Farmingdale Dalers Varsity Boys Lacrosse team is having a slow start this season. First loosing to Holy Trinity 10-9 on Tuesday, March 22. The Dalers were down 7-2 at halftime, but came back with seven goals in the second half only to fall short.
Prendergast had four goals. Catalano had three goals. Ostrander, Korey Hendrickson and Tuttle each had a goal.
On Saturday, March 26 the Dalers played comeback again. Trailing Wantagh 6-3 at halftime and 9-4 after the third, the Dalers would score five goals in the fourth (three in the last two minutes) to fall short 11-9. Prendergast and Perettine had three goals each, while Hendrickson, Tuttle and Brown each had a goal.
The Dalers next home game is on Wednesday, April 6 at Farmingdale High School with a 7 p.m. start versus East Meadow.
