On Monday, June 10 join Farmingdale resident, Doreen L. Guma, MA, FACHE, CPC, CLC, at the book launch party for her new book, If I knew Then What I Know Now: Our Quest for Quality of Life.
Guma, who runs a non-profit called A Time To Play, focuses on providing resources for a better life. “We are everyday people helping people enjoy life by learning how to be happy, healthy, have money, have a work life balance and quality of life,” said Guma.
The book, If I Knew Then What I Know Now: Our Quest for Quality of Life, is a collaboration with contributors authors Jonathan S. Barrett, Geena Bean, Madeline Brady, Jean Rose Castiglione, Brian Cohen, Ruth Curran, Laurence Dresner, Laura Francomano Facini, Joseph J. Farina, Matthew Gelber, Keith Richard Godwin, Christine Farrell-Guma, Christie Korth, Heidi Krantz, Jeffrey Levy, Rebecca L. Norrington, and Tami Racaniello.
It is an inspirational book for those who seek a better quality of life. The writers share their stories, their life lessons in the compilation of experiences and observations.
The book launch party will be held at Ramada Plaza Hotel, 1730 North Ocean Ave, in Holtsville on June 10 from 7 to 9:30 p.m. with comedy performance, author meet-and-greet, and exhibitors.
In addition, Briana Cerami will be launching the BExtraordinaryTM song, there will be music by Technicolor Brothers and Neo, and Michael K. Waterman, TimetoPlay.com’s makeup and beauty editor, will be doing free BExtraordinaryTM makeovers.
