Evelyn Wright, of Massapequa Park, passed away on January 29, 2008. Wife of the late Frank C. Wright. Quinn, of Farmingdale, passed away on January 30, 2008. Born County Kerry, Ireland. WWII veteran, alumni of St. John's University. Husband of the late Mary. Father of Penny Quinn, Bonnie Quinn, Kathleen Keegan, Lori Waters, Michael Quinn (Rae), Patti Kelly (Michael) and the late John. Grandfather of Kevin Waters, Danny Waters, Katie Waters, Breanna Keegan, Sean Keegan and Shauna Quinn. Brother of Michael (Rose), William (Phyllis) and the late Patrick (Eileen), the late Noreen Griffin (John) and the late Margaret Evans. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Husband of 56 years to Peggy. Father of Thomas, Kathleen Lucrezia, Peggy Fura, Maureen Henry (Mike) and Robert Emmet McGreary. Member for more than 62 years and deputy honorary chief of the Bethpage Fire Department, financial secretary of the Firemen's Benevolent Association, parade chairman for many years of the Bethpage Memorial Day parade, quartermaster of the Butehorn Bros. VFW Post 4987 member and owner of the Bethpage Press. Husband of Ernestine. Father and father-in-law of Cathy and Brett Curlew and predeceased by his son, Paul DeFanis. Brother of Dolores Lees.
