Opinion

I live here in the village of Farmingdale and am happy and excited to say how beautifully decorated Main Street is for the holidays. Unfortunately, there is one major blight that I cannot stand: Political signs from this last election are still hanging on telephone poles and standing along the sides of the road. Specifically, I see Belesi signs 15 feet high on telephone poles. I have actually gone around and tried to remove as many as I could reach but this is ridiculous. We all understand these signs are part of the election process and deal with them from September through the election but it has how been over a month. Hey Mr. Belesi: tear down those signs!
