Jane Ann Thompson died on July 24, 2007 in her 102nd year. Wife of the late George Thompson. Mother of Mary Jane Pendl and the late Nancy Ann Thompson. Mother-in-law of the late Francis X. Pendl. Charles E. Hayden, formerly of East Hampton, died in Vero Beach at the age of 81 on Aug. 4, 2007. U.S. Navy WW II veteran. He was a 1952 graduate of Providence College, RI, and later earned a master's degree and doctorate in Education. He is survived by his sons, Mark (Yolanda) of Hollywood, FL, Anthony of Orlando, FL and Matthew (Claudia) of Vero Beach, FL. Charles was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn; son Keith; and brother John Hayden. Arrangements were made by Arthur F. White Funeral Home.
