John S. Torre, 83, of Fort Myers, passed away at his home on Sunday morning. He was laid to rest at St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale on June 25. He was father to Nicholas John, grandfather to Kathryn Lucy and David Nicholas John, and great-grandfather to Angelina Constance. He was as honest as he was honorable. As respected as he was respectful. A New Yorker through and through. A true American original. He is once again holding the hand of his dear Lucy.
