Registration for the 2007 Farmingdale Baseball League (FBLI) season will take place Saturday, Jan. 13 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Allen Park in the Community Room. FBLI will have baseball leagues for children ages 6-16 and softball for ages 6-18. The youngest children must have been born before Nov. 30, 2001. A parent or guardian must be present to register the child. If the child being registered did not play during the 2006 season, a copy of the child's birth certificate must be submitted to the league at registration. St. Kilian CYO will be holding registration for girls softball and boys baseball for the upcoming 2007 season on Saturday, Jan. 13 from 1 to 4 p.m. in St. Kilian gym lobby located on Cherry Street in Farmingdale. Boys in grades 5-8 and girls in grades 5-12 are invited to register for travel teams representing St. Kilian Parish. Payment of $130, which includes $30 in prepaid raffle tickets, is due at time of registration. Sibling discounts are available. Adults interested in coaching will need to submit background check paperwork and take the parish mandated VIRTUS training. More details will be available at the registration.
