Registration for the 2007 Farmingdale Baseball League (FBLI) season will take place on Saturday, Jan. 6 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Allen Park in the Community Room, Wednesday, Jan. 10 and Thursday, Jan. 11 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Farmingdale Public Library and Saturday, Jan. 13 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Allen Park in the Community Room. FBLI will have baseball leagues for children ages 6-16 and softball for ages 6-18. The youngest children must have been born before Nov. 30, 2001. A parent or guardian must be present to register the child. If the child being registered did not play during the 2006 season, a copy of the child's birth certificate must be submitted to the league at registration. Farmingdale Jumps is scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 31 at 6:30 p.m. at Farmingdale High School. The Harlem Magic Masters (featuring Speedy and Mugsy) will be taking on the Farmingdale Tornados. The Dalerettes will perform at half time. Raffle prizes from the Knicks, Jets, Islanders and Giants will be available. Tickets are $10 and will be available through each school's PTA beginning Jan. 2, 2007.
