I am an advocate for Association for the Children and Adults with Learning and Developmental Disabilities. Route 109 is a major roadway. Gwynne Lane is where people from ACLD live. It is difficult for some of these people to cross the street because there is no traffic light. Can and will a traffic light be installed?
