The Expo & Health Fair allows houses of worship, civic associations, merchants, elected officials and sports groups to showcase their organization to local residents as well as become familiar with each other.

Farmingdale-Bethpage Historical Society, Junior League, Farmingdale Soccer Club, FBLI, Farmingdale Titans, Priestley Chiropractic, Total Health Vitamins, Farmingdale PAL Unit, Farmingdale Library, St. Thomas Episcopal Church, New Island Hospital, the Village of Farmingdale, South Farmingdale Fire Department, 8th Precinct P.O.P. Created in 2001 in the spirit following September 11, a group of 57 organizations in the area banned together in hopes of doing something together. Summit President and founder Tom Sabellico heads this organization that serves as a forum for all groups to learn about what each other is doing. It also serves a great networking outlet.

At the end of the evening local dignitaries were on hand to draw winning raffle tickets. Farmingdale Village Mayor George Graf, Legislator Dave Mejias and Oyster Bay Town Councilman John Venditto each presented winners with their prizes.

In addition to the Expo & Health Fair, the Summit Council offers Farmingdale Reads, where the Summit selects a main book encouraging all of Farmingdale to read and support literacy; Farmingdale Writes, an essay contest held each year where winners are published in an anthology; Farmingdale Jumps, where the Harlem Wizards perform in one of the schools, Farmingdale Remembers, a 9/11 memorial the Summit has raised funds for and will be erected at the Farmingdale Public Library; Farmingdale Family Support, a fund maintained used to help local families in need and Farmingdale Welcomes, the Summit is seeking permission to erect Welcome to Farmingdale signs on main roads entering the town.
