Registration for the summer PAL baseball/softball program will be held on: Tuesday, May 2 and Monday, May 8 at Howitt Middle School, East Cafeteria from 7 to 9 p.m. The summer baseball/softball season begins July 1 and runs through Sept. 4. The Farmingdale Soccer Club will be holding its registration for the fall season in the Community Room at Allen Park on May 20-31 and June 3-4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Registration for the fall season is $95 and registration for both the fall and spring 2007 season is $120. The Wantagh-Seaford PAL Unit is holding registration for the Girls Summer Fastpitch softball program. Eligible players for the senior division are those entering grades 9-12 in September 2006 and graduating seniors (exceptions apply). A new junior division is being formed to include students entering grades 7-8 in the fall. Teams will usually play three times a week in July and August. There's a possibility for one double-header on Sunday evening under the lights during the season.

The fee is $100, which includes a full uniform, 14-game schedule and playoff week, trophies and weekly standings. An additional $3 may be assessed for names on uniforms.

Registration are at the Wantagh-Seaford PAL Office, Cedar Creek Park, Merrick Road, Wantagh - Field #5 in the brick building, on Wednesday, May 3 from 7 to 9 p.m., Saturday, May 13 from 2 to 6 p.m. and Sunday, May 21 from noon to 4 p.m.

Registration for the Farmingdale Titans youth football and cheerleading 2006 continues. Fees for 5/6-year-olds are $75 and all other age groups are $95, both include $30 in prepaid charges as a way to reduce the fees.
