The Runner's Edge, located at 242 Main St. in Farmingdale, recently hosted a Show and Winter Apparel Clinic for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training Triathlon Program. Store owner Bob Cook was assisted by Nancy Cattabiani in discussing the importance of proper footwear. They also displayed a variety of winter running clothes and accessories.
