Registration for the 2006 Farmingdale Baseball League (FBLI) season will take place on the following dates and times:
- Saturday, Jan. 7, 2006 from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at Allen Park Community Room
- Saturday, Jan. 14, 2006 from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at Allen Park Community Room
- Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2006 from 6:30-9 p.m. at Farmingdale Public Library - Thursday, Jan. 19, 2006 from 6:30 -9 p.m. at Farmingdale Public Library
FBLI will have baseball leagues for children from the ages 6 to 16 and softball for ages 6 to 18. The youngest child eligible for our in-house programs must be born before Nov. 30, 2000. A parent or guardian must be present to register the child. If the child being registered did not play during the 2005 season, a copy of the child's birth certificate must be submitted to the league at registration. Registration for the 2006 Farmingdale PAL Spring Lacrosse season will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 10 and Thursday, Jan. 12 in the Howitt East cafeteria from 7-9 p.m. Boys from grades 3-6 and girls from grades 3-8 are eligible to play. Seventh and eighth grade girls play on the Farmingdale PAL-sponsored teams in the LI Senior Girls Youth Lacrosse League. Registration fee for boys and girls in grades 3-6 is $75. Seventh and eighth grade girls pay $95, which includes required US Lacrosse membership fee (except for those who show they are already members through June 30, 2006). There will be separate second grade clinics for boys and girls. The cost of the clinics is $25. All third grade boys, as well as first time older children, must bring a copy of their birth certificate. Second-graders do not need birth certificates.
