The 18th annual Carter, DeLuca, Farrell & Schmidt Ho Ho Ho Holiday Run, held on the roads of Bethpage on Dec. 17, was a tremendous success, and was a big win for Farmingdale's "First Lady of Running" Donna McMahon. Donna's time was 18 minutes, 39 seconds, a 6:01 per mile pace that brought her to the finish line at Bethpage High School 17 seconds in front of second place woman Camissa Matson of Centerport. The Dec. 20 open meeting of the Greater Long Island Running Club was the Club's annual awards night, and super athlete Geza Feld of Farmingdale was among those honored for their accomplishments in the year 2005.
