Theresa "Terri" Mary Colley (nee Pratt), age 42, died tragically on Oct. 17, 2005. Formerly of Hauppauge, she lived in West Palm Beach, FL, for the past 20 years. She is survived by her sister, Nancy Therese Cambareri, and brother-in-law, Douglas of S. Farmingdale; father, William James Pratt of Southold; mother, Mary Elizabeth Pratt of Farmingdale; brother, Christopher Matthew Pratt of Central Islip; loving mother of Emily 14, Hannah 11, Abigail 11 and Finn 3, all of West Palm Beach.

An accomplished registered nurse for over a decade, she served the needs of many in Palm Beach County in oncology, gynecology and in her beloved obstetrics. She was the only active Palm Beach County nurse certified in all three areas and only the second in the history of Palm Beach County.
