A group of concerned residents gathered in the woods behind Farmingdale High School on Sunday, June 12 to discuss the deterioration and recent adolescent activity that has been concerning parents. Organized by Farmingdale's Project Cope Committee, the walk through the woods brought together parents, government officials, concerned residents and environmentalists.

Over the Hill Softball Report
Hampton Air East continued their terrific play as they beat Mers Pub 16-6 and maintained their two game division lead, improving their record to 6-1 while the loss dropped Mers to 4-4. With the score 4-2 going into the third Ron Schwabe took a 3-1 pitch deep for a grand slam to break the game open. The rest of Hampton's bats were hot as well with everyone in the lineup getting at least two hits with Rookie Joe Auer going 4-4 in addition to making a great catch in the OF.
