Bryan Patterson of Farmingdale recently competed in the Eastern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association Championships at the University of Maryland. Bryan, a freshman at SUNY Cortland, competed against the best of Division II colleges and the Cortland boys won the entire championship by beating James Madison University in the finals, two games to one. Bryan and his teammates now go on to the National Championships in Kansas City, Missouri. Bryan is a Physical Education major at SUNY Cortland.
