Loretta Butehorn, of Bethpage, died on Jan. 22, 2005. Loretta will be remembered as a dedicated religious education teacher at St. Bernard's Parish School, Levittown, and an activist for many causes. A resident of Bethpage since 1919, Dominick was the first commissioner of Bethpage Little League Baseball, a dedicated volunteer of the Bethpage Fire Dept., a member of the Rev. Michael Hartigan K of C #5033 and member of St. Martin of Tours Holy Name Society. He retired after 35 years of employment at Grumman Aerospace, Bethpage. A devoted family man, Dominick was a man of many talents. He did carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and automobile repairs. Dominick was a terrific athlete. He boxed, played baseball, bowled and even in his later years was able to beat his son-in-law and friends at golf. He was predeceased in 2003 by his wife of 60 years, Antonina "Lee" Agiesta.
