I would like to extend my most heartfelt thanks for the residents of the 8th Senatorial District for re-electing me to the New York State Senate.

Since 1998, it has been both my honor and privilege to serve in the New York State Senate. I have worked tirelessly to uphold the trust which has been placed in me, and I look forward to continuing these efforts over the next two years.

Thank you again for giving me the opportunity to continue working for you as your senator. It is my honor to do so.
