Nassau County Comptroller Howard Weitzman recently spoke to the seniors of St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church Prime Timers group in Farmingdale about the free NassauRx prescription discount card, which offers average discounts of 24 percent off the retail price of most prescription medications. Under the program, developed by the comptroller, there are no age or income restrictions, and no enrollment forms. For more information or to obtain a free card, call 1-877-321-2652.
