Neil Richard Kester, of Farmingdale, died on Aug. 1, 2004. Husband of Barbara. Father and father-in-law of Robert and Julia Kester. Also survived by many other family members and friends. Comerford, of Bethpage, died on Aug. 3, 2004. He was a US Army veteran serving with the 101st Airborne Screaming Eagles Division during the Battle of the Bulge. He was a 43-year member of FDNY and a 45-year member of the Bethpage Volunteer Fire Dept., Engine Company #6 and #7. He was a member of Archie McCord American Legion Post #86 and Butehorn Bros. VFW Post #4987. Jim was a active supporter of many organizations within his community including Town of Oyster Bay hockey coach, swim-meet starter and member of the Central Park Historical Society. Husband of Mary (nee Hickey). Father of Mark and Nona, Susan and Maureen, Corey and Kathy and Craig and Terry. Grandfather of Kristin, Michael, Katherine, Kathleen and Mary Bridget. Tully, of Garden City, died on Aug. 4, 2004. Son of Dorothea Braun and John Tully. Father of Natalie. Husband of Diane Patrizio. Brother of Maureen, Eileen and Kathy. Bernard R. Keegan, of Farmingdale, formerly of Elmont, died on Aug. 4, 2004. He was a US Marine Corps veteran of WWII and a Purple Heart recipient. He was a retired NY Telephone Company employee. Husband of Eleanor. Father and father-in-law of Geraldine and William McBride, Arlene and Kenneth Milio and Maureen and Terrence Newman. Brother of Kathleen Zeccola and Irene Serby. Isidora Braida, of Farmingdale, died at the age of 104 on Aug. 7, 2004. Mother of Maria Elena Ruiz Diaz, the late Leonardo and the late Washington. Grandmother of Christina (Luis) Monroy, Mercedes Braida, Leonardo (Ana) Braida, Jose (Gaye) Braida and the late Silva.
