Oyster Bay Town Supervisor John Venditto, Councilwoman Rose Marie Walker and Town Clerk Steven L. Labriola recently presented Joe Mendez with a trophy at the 13th Annual Nick Katsounis Memorial Wheelchair Race. Mendez was recognized for his serving as race director and commitment to the community.
