On July 4, after winning the RYO Championship game, teammate Jake Rachiele represented the FBLI 12-Year-Old 'GreenDogs' Tournament Team in three different skill competitions.

Jake put the ball over the fence in the qualifying round of the batting competition. He went on to win the first place trophy and earned the title of the 2004 RYO Batting Champion.

In the throwing competition, Jake won the second place medal after a head-to-head throwing contest with the ultimate winner.

Jake also won the base-running competition with a time of 11.44 seconds. He was awarded the 2004 RYO Running Champion title and trophy. This was his second consecutive year winning the RYO base-running title.

Congratulations and thanks to Jake Rachiele for his commitment to the FBLI GreenDogs and for his determination to have FBLI represented in all of the RYO Skill Competitions this year.
