In conjunction with its 100th anniversary, the Village of Farmingdale will once again be recognizing current long-time residents who have supported and helped build the village over the years, proving that "there's no place like home."

The awardees will be announced and presented with a commemorative pin that highlights the period of time they've resided in the village during a special induction ceremony to be held this year.

Residents who have lived in the village for 25 years or more who have not previously applied are welcome and encouraged to participate. Residents can pick up an application at village hall or send the following information to village hall, located at 361 Main Street:

Please include name, address, phone number, how long you have lived in the Incorporated Village of Farmingdale (and the years you have lived there). Anybody who lived in the village, moved and returned to the village is asked to note that as well. Also please include your signature and date of application. They may be mailed to the Village of Farmingdale, 361 Main Street, Farmingdale NY 11735 or brought to village hall personally.
