Interment Trinity Cemetery, North Amityville. Timothy Valentine Husion Sr., of Mt. Pleasant, SC, formerly of Farmingdale, died surrounded by his family on Dec. 19, 2003. Born March 15, 1927 in the Bronx, he was a graduate of St. Kilian Church School and Farmingdale High School. He was a US Navy veteran, having served in the Pacific during WWII. He was retired from the 7th Precinct of the NCPD as a detective lieutenant. Tim was a member of the Knights of Columbus, a founding member of the NCPD Emerald Society Pipe Band, NCPD Detectives Association, NCPD Superior Officers Association, member and former officer of International Police Association, the NCPD Holy Name Society, NCPD Police Benevolent Association, a longtime member and past treasurer of Farmingdale Police Boys Club, co-founder of the PBC Lacrosse Program (1970), longtime member of the Farmingdale Hawks Midget Football Association, former parishioner and usher at St. Kilian RC Church. He was presently a parishioner at St. Benedict's Parish, Mt. Pleasant and a member of American Legion Post #136 of Mt. Pleasant. He was predeceased by his parents, Timothy and Irene Gensch Sosa.
