Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. recently visited Winthrop-University Hospital in Mineola to spread some additional cheer to the children who are spending part of their holidays in the hospital. By continuing a tradition he began in his first year in office, Fuschillo hopes that the sixth annual "Extend the Holidays" toy drive is able to stretch the good wishes these children receive to after the holidays. The Farmingdale Swim Club (FSC) is holding registration for its second session on Wednesday, Jan. 14 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the lobby of the Farmingdale High School pool.
