Richard K. Warmuth, of Farmingdale, died on April 30, 2003. He was a member of the Benevolent Association of the Great Neck Fire Dept. Husband of Maria. Father of Jennifer. Brother of Charles. Donald E. Stanton, of S. Farmingdale and E. Quoque, died on May 1, 2003. He was a former employee of Pan American Airlines and Home Depot. Husband of Peggy. Father and father-in-law of Scott and Kathy, Donna and Steve Taddeo and Michele and Neal Brausch. Grandfather of Kristen, Kevin, Kelly, Megan, Sean, Danielle, Kaitlyn, Jack Donovan, Lindsey, Cheryl and Michelle. Arrangements were made by the McCourt & Trudden Funeral Home, Farmingdale. James Edward Curran, 71, of NYC, died on May 3, 2003, at Cabrini Hospice in Manhattan. He was born and raised in Farmingdale and graduated from Farmingdale High School in 1949. He was an Air Force veteran and lived most of his life in the Chelsea section of Manhattan. He retired from Lazard Freres Co., NYC, in 1994.
He was predeceased by his mother, Rita E. Curran in August 2002, and his father, James H. Curran in March 1970. Surviving are a sister, Joyce W. Binder of Virginia Beach, VA; a nephew, Edwin J. Binder of Charlotte, NC; and a niece, Michele L. Wenzel of Virginia Beach.
Arrangements were made by the Thomas C. Montera Funeral Home, Bronx. A memorial service will be held at St. Peter's Church in Chelsea, 346 W. 20th St., NYC, on May 17 at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in James' name to the St. Peter's Restoration Fund.
