The Farmingdale Girls Under 12 Travel Team were invited as guests of the Lady Dalers Soccer team as ballgirls at a recent Monday night game. They had the privilege of watching an exciting match under the lights provided by the Friends of Farmingdale Athletics at Don Synder Stadium at Farmingdale High School. The game was dominated by the Dalers team that had a 4-0 shutout against a strong Valley Stream team. The offense put on a dribbling, passing and shooting exhibition for the Hurricanes and a crowd of fans. Goals were scored by Kim Hillier, Lorraine Quinn, Krista Pellizzi and Jessica Patane.

The defense held off all scoring attempts and the few shots taken were easily handled by goalkeeper Caitlin Howard. Head Coach Kevin Shanley and Assistant Coach Don Prazek had the team well prepared to execute their game plan.
