Nicholas J. D'Antuono, of Bethpage, formerly of Hicksville, died on Aug. 3, 2002. Husband of Demi (nee Paris). Father of Diana (Rudy) DePalma, Toni (Joseph) Vanella and Michael (Victoria). Grandfather of Jacqueline (Andy) Cordiner, Matthew and Michael DePalma, Joseph, Nicole and Stephanie Vanella, Lauren, Danielle and Kristine D'Antuono. Brother of Luke, Jennie Lorusso, Theresa Bishop, Dominick, Joseph and the late William, John and Michael. The family was cared for by the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Chapel. Entombment Holy Rood Cemetery. Barbara M. Miller, of Farmingdale, died on Aug. 8, 2002. She was past president of the Nassau/Suffolk Chapter of the Columbiettes, a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and AHRC. Wife of the late George F. Mother of Barbara Ann Goss and George E. She was a charge nurse at United Presbyterian Residence, Woodbury. Wife of Marion. Mother of John Edward, Stephen and James. Grandmother of nine. Arrangements were made by the Arthur F. Robert Theodore Knobloch passed away on Aug. 16, 2002, at the age of 85. He was born March 2, 1917 in Astoria to Frederick and Elizabeth (Messerschmitt) Knobloch. He was known to all that knew and loved him as "Knobby" and he was an avid Yankee's baseball fan.

His parents, three brothers, Fred Knobloch, Frank Knobloch and Herbert Knobloch, and two sisters, Helen Gutheil and Frieda Knobloch precede him in death. Survivors include his wife, Ruth of Sherwood, AR; three daughters, Ruth Anne Redd of Fairfield, CA, Barbette Toland (James) of Hammond, NY and Lois Rachels (Gregory) of Sherwood; five grandchildren, Robert Roth, Crystal Redd, Barbie Roth, Kim Jones and John Rachels; three great-grandchildren, Riley Roth, Malachi Jones and Kaleighla Jones; along with numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.

The family would like to offer a "special thanks" to the Sherwood Emergency response teams and all their help in our times of need. Memorials may be made to the Sherwood Police Dept., 2201 E.
