Philip C. Mischler, 78, of Edinburg, VA, formerly of Richmond Hill and Garden City Park, died on July 22, 2002. Phil retired from FDNY and moved to Edinburg in 1976. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Endres Mischler; he is survived by his children, Philip Mischler of Overland Park, KS, Diane Pickering of Hannawa Falls, NY, Joan Matarazzo of Littleton, CO, James Mischler of Edinburg and Cathy Alger of Woodstock, VA.; and six grandchildren.
