Boys and girls ages 6 through 18 (1st to 12th grade) who possess a swimming ability and desire to improve their skills are invited to tryout to be part of the United States Swim Program (Farmingdale Swim Club). Competition within the metropolitan area in the club's age group program is an ongoing activity throughout the year. Their program includes stroke correction and dry lands under a professional coaching staff.

Tryouts will be held Sept. 12 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and Sept. 13 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Farmingdale High School swimming pool. This program is primarily self-sustaining. Any questions may be directed to Chris Brady, coach, at 631-271-5484 and/or Patty Roth, team manager, at 516-798-5155.
