Dr. Dolores Saxton has retired from the Farmingdale School District Board of Education after a three year tenure as a trustee and active member. On June 16, the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island ("RMHLI") held its seventh Annual Business Cares for Kids Sports Festival" at Cantiague Park in Hicksville and raised over $90,000 in net proceeds. Nearly 500 women participated in the July 14 edition of the Vytra Women's 5 Kilometer Health Run in Farmingdale. This year marked the 18th year of the run, part of the KeySpan Grand Prix of Long Island road races, which benefits local charities. FULL STORY
