Beautification Committee Decorates Village for Holiday Season
Braving the cold chill of a December Saturday morning, the Farmingdale Beautification Committee volunteers and their families were not deterred from decorating the village for the holiday season. Over 25 people came out to decorate various areas around the village, including Village Hall, small trees down Main Street, over 27 entrance signs, gardens and railroad fences with handmade bows, natural garland, wreaths and lights.

Farmingdale High Schoolers Score in LI Blood Services Rob's Run
Teams representing Farmingdale High School were part of a determined field of 224 finishers who helped to close out the LI cross country season under the worst weather conditions possible at Rob's Run, a 5K cross country race held at Stillwell Woods Park on Nov. 26.

Farmingdale PAL Seeks Members
Farmingdale PAL recently completed its inaugural Inline Roller Hockey season and is already preparing for another season in the spring. There was a great turnout at the end of the season award ceremony. All players were given awards and were treated to an open skate at the Sportime arena in Bethpage.
