For the second consecutive year, associates at Ryan and Ryan PR, Inc., of Farmingdale, put in a team effort at the Chase Corporate Challenge at Jones Beach. They took place in the 5k (3 and 1/2 mile) walk and run that Chase sponsors each year.

"We always encourage our employees to participate in healthy and fun events like the Chase Corporate Challenge. It helps build team spirit and cooperation, which in turn makes us more productive in the office," said President Kevin Ryan.

While the girls didn't exactly have a winning time, they cheered each other on during the whole event, bringing them to a better finish than last year. There were over 8,000 people at the event, which attempts to promote working people to engage in sports activities.
