On Saturday, June 10 at Ellsworth Allen Park on Motor Avenue in Farmingdale, the baseball league will sponsor "Baseball Day." Rides, games, awards and food will highlight this day, dedicated to the celebration of America's favorite sport. Join the festivities, from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The U.S. Postal Service will unveil the youth team sports stamp pane during the day. The Youth team sports pane depicts a variety of team sports popular with American children between the ages of 6 and 17. The photographs used in each stamp design were chosen to convey the action and excitement of the play.
