She was a US Air Force veteran of the Viet Nam War. She was predeceased by her husband, John P. (former DEA senior investigator and NYS Trooper), her mother, Virginia Milne in 1990, and her stepfather, Donald Milne in 1988. Daughter of Candeoro Minutoli. Mother of Maureen, Michael and Sean. She was the owner/builder of Half Hollow Knolls of Dix Hills and president of the Sullivan County Save Our Sight Association. She was predeceased by her husbands, Richard Scanlon and Joseph Orobello. Mother of Patricia Pomeroy, Richard, Peter, Roger and Joseph Scanlon. Sister of Michael Rigas and the late Harry Rigas. Grandmother of 13. Great-grandmother of seven. He was a retired 42-year employee of Grumman Aerospace and a WWII US Army veteran. He was predeceased by his first wife, Helene (Horan) and in April 200 by his second wife, Marjorie (Tuttle).
