Stars Finish Successful Season
The eighth-grade CYO St. Kilian Stars completed their successful basketball season in early February with a tough second round playoff loss to St. Edwards of Syosset. The Stars second straight playoff appearance in two years capped a season that saw them finish in second place in the highly competitive Westbury Division with a regular season record of 9 wins and 3 losses. The team's overall record for the 1999/2000 season was 11 wins and 5 losses.

Columbus Lodge Winter Meetings Stir Talk of Rematch
The Columbus Lodge #2143 softball committee recently held their winter meetings at the Columbus Lodge building in South Farmingdale.
