In the spirit of the holiday season, the Incorporated Village of Farmingdale once again participated in the annual Toys for Tots collection drive, administered by the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Village Hall was again designated as an official drop-off point. I wish to thank all the individuals and community organizations for donating the toys and keeping needy youngsters in mind this holiday season.

This program helps so many children who otherwise would not have a joyous holiday. Sharing our abundant holiday cheer with those less fortunate is a great way to celebrate the season and come together as a community.

Knowing that each and every toy will bring a smile to the face of a child makes the Toys for Tots program a very special one indeed. I thank everyone for the toys and for sharing the true meaning of the holiday season with others.

Marialyce Denauski

Trustee, Toys for Tots Coordinator
