In the final game, having locked up the division the week earlier, Farmingdale played a tough and determined Lindenhurst team (second place). Lindenhurst got the early lead (1-0), but with a determined, never give up attitude, a late goal by Brian Harris tied the game at 1-1.

St. Kilian Stars Take Second Place
The St. Kilian Stars finished their eighth grade girls basketball season with a convincing 32-21 victory over St. William of Seaford at home last Tuesday evening. The St. Kilian girls earned a second place tie in their conference with the victory that ran their regular season record to nine wins and three losses. The team will make their second straight playoff appearance in just their third season.
