The Farmingdale Wolverine Soccer Club wishes to congratulate all the children who participated in the organization's program this past fall. Over 1300 children played soccer in either the intramural or travel program. The club also wants to extend thanks to the coaches, who donated their time to the children of the community. "We look forward to seeing you in the spring, and extend our wishes to you for a healthy and happy holiday season," said a spokesperson for the soccer club.

Those who have not yet registered for the spring 2000 season, and wish to do so, are asked to call 420-1149 and leave your name and phone number.

The Farmingdale Wolverine Soccer Club also wishes to congratulate the Farmingdale United, a U12 boy's travel soccer team coached by Jack Brosnan. The United won the Sportsmanship award for their division from Long Island Junior Soccer for the spring of 1999. Said a spokesperson for the club, "Good job boys!"
