Conaway, 77, of Timber Pines, Spring Hill, FL, passed away July 31, 1999 at Oak Hill Hospital. Born in Deer Creek, OK, he came here 13 years ago from Yukon, OK. Mr. Conaway was a retired TWA Airline pilot with 36 1/2 years of service. Lutheran by faith, he was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Surrey Hills Lions Club - Oklahoma, the Time Pines Golf Club and Tarpa-TWA Active Retired Pilots Association. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy N. of Spring Hill; son Jerry W. (Sharon) Conaway of Holtsville, NY; two daughters, Carol (Michael) of Shoreham and Linda (Bert) of Sandy Hook, CT; two brothers, Carson of Overland Park, KS and Lester (Peggy) of Blackwell, OK; one sister Ruth (Ted) Quillen of Glenrock, WY; three granddaughters, Jaime, Carrisa (Carl) and Veronica; grandson Mathew; godson Anthony Caruso; and many nieces and nephews.
