Kathryn Schiebelhuth, of Peconic, died July 16, 1999, at Eastern LI Hospital, at the age of 91. Born Sept. 29, 1907, a former resident of Farmingdale before moving to Peconic in 1991. She was a special ed teacher at the Deer Park Schools until her retirement in 1972. Her husband David predeceased her in 1956. He owned and operated a bakery in Huntington until his death. With his brothers, Daniel and Rocco, he operated Everfresh Farms of Bethpage and Farmingdale. A resident of Hollywood for 20 years, he was formerly of Bethpage. He leaves his wife of 57 years, Catherine (nee Sisia).
