Kathryn Schiebelhuth, of Peconic, died July 16, 1999, at Eastern LI Hospital, at the age of 91. Born Sept. 29, 1907, a former resident of Farmingdale before moving to Peconic in 1991. She was a special ed teacher at the Deer Park Schools until her retirement in 1972. Her husband David predeceased her in 1956. He owned and operated a bakery in Huntington until his death. Cremation was private. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.

Theodore Sabino, born Sept. 6, 1916 in Petragallo, Italy, died in Hollywood, FL on July 23, 1999 after an extended illness of heart disease. With his brothers, Daniel and Rocco, he operated Everfresh Farms of Bethpage and Farmingdale. A resident of Hollywood for 20 years, he was formerly of Bethpage. He leaves his wife of 57 years, Catherine (nee Sisia). Father and father-in-law of Sr. Rosemary Sabino, RSM of Madison, WI, Diana and Tad Swaner of Park City, UT, Anthony and Maureen of Bethpage and Theodore of Hollywood. Grandfather of Lt. John Sabino (US Army, Germany), Elaine Sabino (Indiana University), Gregory Sabino (Bethpage), Alexandra Swaner (Marymount College), Leland Swaner (Washington State).
