All smiles as they announce that Chester Mountain will be part of this year's Run for ASPIRE are (L to R) Run Co-Director Bob Windorf, Chester Mountain Vice President Brian Niederberger, Run Co-Director Craig Courounis and Chester Mountain President Ross Holzman.

Chester Mountain 100 percent Natural Spring Water, headquartered on Conklin Street in Farmingdale, has donated its product for use by the more than a thousand runners who are expected to compete in the 22nd annual Nationwide Insurance 10 Kilometer Run for ASPIRE on Saturday, April 10. The run will be held on the roads of Plainview-Old Bethpage, starting at 9 a.m.

The ASPIRE Run is Long Island's oldest continuously held 10 Kilometer Run, and Chester Mountain, founded in April of 1998, is Long Island's newest water company - but both the run and the company are geared towards promoting fitness, good health, and a great morning for runners and walkers on April 10. The Run will, as in years past, be managed by the Greater Long Island Running Club in conjunction with the Town of Oyster Bay.

"We are pleased to welcome Chester Mountain as a sponsor of this year's run," said Run Co-Director Craig Courounis. "Pure water goes hand in hand with exercise in fostering good health and, thanks to the generosity of Chester Mountain, the thousand or more participants in this year's run can be assured of pure and plentiful water available to them at the start, at the finish, and at three aid stations along the 6.2 mile course."
