Shawn Raleigh, a senior at Farmingdale High School, will play on the Nassau County team for the 3rd Annual Vytra Cup All-Star High School Ice Hockey Tournament on February 7. The game, co-sponsored by Vytra and the New York Islanders, will be played at Nassau Coliseum at 6 p.m., following the Islanders' game against the Vancouver Canucks.

The 1999 Vytra Cup will pit the teams from Nassau and Suffolk Counties in a one-game championship. The 44 players have been selected by the High School Hockey League Association of Nassau County, Inc. and the Suffolk County High School Hockey League. The game will feature students from every school participating in the leagues. In the tournament, Shawn will be a leading forward for the Nassau team.
The tournament kicks off Vytra's year-long commitment to community sporting events sponsorship. In addition to hockey, Vytra will also sponsor soccer, tennis and running events throughout 1999. In total, Vytra will sponsor over 150 community sports events, involving 150,000 families on Long Island.
