William I. Rosen, 69, of Bethpage, died on Feb. 5, 1998. Born in the Bronx, he graduated from Far Rockaway High School and received his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois (pre-med major). He received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Rosen served in an investigative unit of the US Air Force. He was a trial attorney for Allstate Insurance Company working at the State Supreme Court in Mineola. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; his children, Mitchell Rosen, Wendy Rosen and Ellen Solov; and his sister Thelma Wilsker. Arrangements were made by the Andrews Mortuary, Wilmington, NC.
