William I. Rosen, 69, of Bethpage, died on Feb. 5, 1998. Born in the Bronx, he graduated from Far Rockaway High School and received his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois (pre-med major). He received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Rosen served in an investigative unit of the US Air Force. He was a trial attorney for Allstate Insurance Company working at the State Supreme Court in Mineola.
