He was a resident of S. Farmingdale since 1956 and moved to Florida five years ago. He was a NYC police officer and an insurance investigator after retiring form the NYPD. Edward was a member of the Knights of Columbus St. Thomas of Aquinas Council #11497 in New Port Richey, FL. He is survived by his beloved wife Helen; son Warren; daughter Donna Calir; stepdaughters Susan Kruse and Jayne Cox; 10 grandchildren; and four step-grandchildren.
