The fashionable trend today, whether in politics, business, media, etc., is to try to win by saying bad things about other people. Rhoda Amon, whom we lost this past weekend, accomplished a great deal in her life by doing the opposite. She devoted her life to being nice to people. Rhoda's way paved the path to more equal rights for women and for the less fortunate, in the workplace and in society. Rhoda's way helped innumerable organizations and individuals make things better for great numbers of people as well as for forgotten individuals.

Whether it's guys and gals vying for the opportunity to become leaders of our land, or just you and I leading our daily lives, we will all be far better off and be far more successful if we do things Rhoda's way.
